Welcome to Fleet Business Partnership

Fleet Business Partnership is currently resting. I think it is time to bring it back to life.

I have recently sent out an email to discover if the businesses and people of Fleet would like to resurrect the Fleet Business Partnership. Fleet is a small town which despite a tough economic climate is still doing very well indeed. Its independent retailers and businesses are the mainstay of the high street and their decline has been minimal compared to the national chains around them. It shows that Fleet is a prosperous area with many of its stores doing far better than the national average.

I think that the Fleet Business Partnership should reform for the following reasons.

1. To promote Fleet and its retailers as a great place to shop and relax.
2. To promote Fleet to businesses as a place to set up.
3. To spread the word about Hart's FIRST position on the Best Places to Live league table.
4. To get businesses working together to cross and dual promote their services.
5. To lend a stronger voice with regard to the physical and economic development of Fleet.
