Stall get in from 3pm. Stalls musty be set up by 5pm with all vehicles clear of the site. Event close 9pm. Stalls must be clear by 10pm.

    Please note that the organisers of this event are unable to provide any equipment to stall holders what so ever. Stall holders should provide their own tables, chairs and weather covers. Power is not supplied by the event organisers and the use of personal generators is limited to silent running generators. Stall holders may wish to negotiate with nearby shops for power, this will be your responsibility and you must ensure that connections are safe and are covered by your public liability insurance.

PLEASE NOTE IF BRINGING A RAIN COVER YOU MUST ALSO BRING ENOUGH WEIGHT TO TIE IT DOWN.

Are you bringing a silent generator?
All generators must be the silent running type. No builders generators.
Are you happy for a community stall next to you to share power?
This would only be for basic lighting.
Some prime stalls have vehicle access issues.

Are you able to manhandle your stall 100 yds?

Prefered Location on the Street. (We try but can not promise)

All stalls must have public liability insurance

We are an external trader
A donation of £25 per 12 foot stall

We are a charity / community group

A deposit payment of £25 per 12 foot stall
We are a Fleet Road Business who wishes to opperate outside our shop

There is no charge for this if you are a Fleet Business Partnership Member.

Otherwise a donation to the event running costs is appreciated. Please note that we need to know early on to ensure your space is not taken by stalls in front of you.

Fleet Road businesses who are working directly outside their premises need not make a payment, but should inform us what they are doing, and must provide a copy of public liability insurance. Please also inform us of anything special you are doing inside or if you are simply staying open so that we can promote this for you (*we do not need to see insurance from those only working in their premises.)

We will not have time to chase payments or remind you about providing certificates. You will only be allocated a pitch if payment, this form and copies of certificates are received by 15/09/2008. There will be no exceptions. Deposits are charged to ensure pitches are not wasted. No monies will be returned if you fail to attend. No refunds will be made in the event of any weather or other issue. Community stalls failing to return their charity declarations within two weeks of the event will lose their deposits.
