Votes To vote you must either register with Fleet Business Partnership as a member or agree to receive emails from us. ***** In a bid to raise much needed funds Hart District Council has voted to remove all the remaining Free Red bays in its car parks. These bays were put in place to counteract the loss of free on-street parking. In addition charges in the car parks will also be increased, although at this stage I do not have figures for this. The intention of these changes is to bridge a deficit in council funds and thus to maintain other services.
